South-west wind: Lung Kwu, Tai Mei Tuk, Pak Shek.

Other season:

North wind: Wong Shek, Sha ha
North-east wind: St Stephen, Stanley
East wind: Stanley, Tai Mei Tuk (still better than others)
South-east wind: Tai Mei Tuk, Pak Shek
